Philip Bagley,
Vice President |

Mr. Bagley has been in the computer software business
since his post-masters graduate work at the University
of Pennsylvania in 1966. In addition to this wealth of
experience, Mr. Bagley was an assistant professor of
computer science at Temple University. He developed the
company's original claim edit and
submission software.

Mr. Giacomucci joined the firm in 2000 with more than
20 years experience, primarily in a large medical center
environment. Mr. Giacomucci's technology management skills
include desktop computing, network operations, and data
center management. Mr. Giacomucci's management experience
is at both strategic and operational levels using technology
to achieve business objectives.
