The following standard reports are designed to give management a concise historical overview of their claims submission process:

• Reports are delivered ay e-mail as PDF attachments.
• Reports are parameterized to allow for customization.
• Scheduling and recipients are managed through Claim Agent .

Claims Pending

The report displays the number and total charges of claims that have been imported to Claim Agent but not sent to payers. The information is presented in four aging categories with totals. A graph is provided in addition to the numbers.

Billing Summary

The report displays total number and charges of claims of claims flowing through Claim Agent. This is an overview of what was billed, sent to payers and remains to be worked. Summary is provided for the last work day, month to date, and year to date.

Claims Submitted by Destination

The report provides summary information of claims submitted by payer for the day and month to date.

Productivity Statistics

The report provides a number of statistical measurements on the number of days claims are active in Claim Agent. Claims are active from Import to Export, inactivation or deletion.
